Ashley Shemian

Ashley Shemian is an Associate Attorney at Land Legal Group who focuses her practice on Family Law cases.

Ashley earned her undergraduate degree from Boston University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she was a member of the prestigious Negotiations Honors Program, gaining knowledge and experience in settlements and negotiations. Later that year, Ashley was admitted to the California State Bar, where she has been eligible to practice law ever since.

Ashley worked as an extern for the Honorable Harvey A. Silberman of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. In that time, she gained valuable experience in the area of Family Law and witnessed all types of matters within the practice area. She observed every case that came into the courtroom, regardless of whether they were first time appearances or three-day trials. She consistently interfaced with the judge in between each appearance in order to dissect every aspect of the case, including the law as well as appropriate outcomes. After her summer role working with the Judge, Ashley was the sole extern who was asked to continue into the fall. This experience, coupled with the numerous family law related courses she enrolled in during law school further fueled her passion to pursue a career in family law.
