Alexandra Diaz

Alexandra Diaz is an Associate Attorney at Land Legal Group, APC. She works in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Alexandra graduated Cum Laude from New York University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. During her time at New York University, she was on the Dean’s List, named a University Honors Scholar and awarded the NYU Founder’s Day Award. Alexandra spent her undergraduate career volunteering at the New Sanctuary Coalition as a non-attorney volunteer where she assisted both individuals facing deportation and refugees seeking asylum attend immigration hearings and required ICE check-ins.

She earned her Juris Doctor from LMU Loyola Law School and was admitted to practice law in November 2023. While at Loyola Law School, Alexandra was an active member of her local community. She was a staff member, and later, Note and Comment Editor of Loyola’s Flagship Law Review during her second and third year and to this day she carries this attention to detail as an editor into all areas of her practice. In addition, Alexandra was also a member of the Loyola Genocide Justice Clinic where she worked tirelessly to advocate for the victims of the Cambodian Genocide alongside the United Nations and prosecutors at international criminal tribunals.  In between classes, Alexandra also volunteered her time at the National Lawyers Guild in Los Angeles supporting social justice movements throughout the city. Prior to joining Land Legal Group, Alexandra worked as a law clerk at Bordin Semmer LLP, where she primarily worked on representing public entities and private clients involved in complex litigation including personal injury, premises liability, employment, and habitability matters.

Alexandra joined Land Legal Group with a strong background in civil litigation. Since joining the firm, Alexandra has represented clients in a variety of family law matters including dissolution, parentage, custody disputes, restraining orders, adoptions,  as well as the characterization and division of high asset and complex marital estates. Alexandra is a zealous advocate whose effective communication, technical skills, and work ethic allow her to be a champion for her client’s needs while navigating difficult situations.
