Mitchell Krems
Mitch Krems is an associate attorney at Land Legal Group, APC. He works in the Los Angeles office.
Mr. Krems received his Bachelor’s Degree from Brandeis University. During his time at Brandeis, Mr. Krems was a member of the Varsity Tennis team and Dean’s List. Mr. Krems attended and received his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School. During his time at Southwestern, he achieved the highest grade in the class in Legal Writing and White-Collar Crime. In addition, Mr. Krems clerked at the Harriet Buhai Pro Bono Family Law clinic where he drafted declarations and memoranda of points of authorities in support of restraining orders and modifications to child custody and spousal support. During his time at Harriet Buhai, Mr. Krems gained valuable experience guiding clients through the family law court system. Mr. Krems also clerked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office in the Animal Cruelty Prosecution unit. During his time with the District Attorney’s Office, Mr, Krems assisted the Head Deputy District Attorney in prosecuting crimes committed against animals all across Los Angeles County.
Upon his admission to the California Bar and prior to joining Land Legal Group, Mr. Krems served as a court appointed attorney for parents and minors in Juvenile Dependency Proceedings. His extensive experience in dependency court allows Mr. Krems to effectively advocate for parents facing the challenges and intricacies of child custody litigation.
In his spare time, Mr. Krems enjoys playing basketball, tennis, chess, and volunteering with dogs at local rescue organizations.
