Erin Brown graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Pre-Law. She earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. and was admitted to practice law in 2018. She is dually licensed to practice law in D.C. and California.
From a very young age, Erin knew she wanted to be an attorney and make a positive impact in the world and people’s lives. While initially Erin went to law school to work as an advocate for animal welfare, she switched paths when she found family law in her last year at Georgetown. She fell in love with family because of the intricate, complex, and emotional issues that people face when going through a divorce and child custody matters.
Prior to her career in family law, Erin gained litigation experience while working for the Humane Society of the United States preparing for trials in the federal courts in D.C. and Virginia. Erin has been able to use her passion for animal welfare in family law as well, helping people keep their beloved fur-babies during separation from their ex-partners.Erin is dedicated to helping you get through one of the most difficult times in your life and will be a zealous advocate for you every step of the way!
